Originally I operated as Hazell Wills and Probate Services Limited (t/a HW&P Legal Services) but since April 2024 I have operated under my own name.

I established this business in February 2010 when the Solicitor I had worked for, for seventeen years, decided to retire.  

At that time I had worked in the legal profession for over 30 years in the Blackpool and St. Annes area, the last ten of those years specialising in Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection.   In setting up my own Will Writing practice, I wanted to continue to provide Clients with the professional friendly service they had come to know and expect and offer home visits as a matter of routine, without that costing an extra charge.

I find that clients are more comfortable if they can see me, and discuss their requirements, in the privacy of their own home.

I am a member of the Society of Will Writers at Associate Level.
